Overall, this place was decent. The food was solid but not overly spectacular. The burrito I had was a bit dry on the inside, and I had to add some salsa and sour cream to wake it up a bit. But other than that, the flavors we're. The restaurant has a nice Mexican cantina type atmosphere, which is very inviting, and the staff is friendly.

I tried the burrito wet style, which is basically like a burrito that got caught in the rain and forgot to bring an umbrella. But don't worry, the al pastor meat inside was still juicy and flavorful, so it was worth getting a little wet. I sat by the bar, which was a great decision because I could watch the bartenders putting order in the computer, while I ate my burrito. The chips and salsa used to be really good, but I guess they've fallen on hard times. Maybe they got a new salsa recipe that's a little too experimental, like they added ghost pepper or unicorn tears. Who knows? But it's still free, so I'm not complaining too much. The staff was super friendly, which is always a plus. It's like they're being paid to be nice or something. And the food prep time was relatively fast, if you're looking for a delicious, filling meal that won't break the bank, Super Mex is the answer to your prayers.

Love this spot! I had the fajitas and I was really surprised at how flavorful and tender the chicken, shrimp and beef was. The Evans and rice were spot on and the hot tortilla chips with salsa they brought out were great too. Will be back.
